Short, because the product is simple.

An organizer for files you already have, sold per collection. This is the whole agreement.

The licence

• An account is an email. It may be signed in on up to five computers at a time.
• Each collection is free for its first 30 titles. A subscription keeps a collection unlocked while it runs; a one-time purchase unlocks a collection for good and includes a year of updates.
• The bundle covers every collection for the period it runs.
• Subscriptions can be cancelled any time and run to the end of the paid period. A refund of a purchase made in the last 14 days is yours for the asking if the app did not work for you.

Your content

• PopLib organizes files on your own computer and downloads addresses you give it. You are responsible for having the right to the files and the addresses you use it with.
• The downloads, the torrent client and the browser extension are tools, like a browser. They search nothing, host nothing and share nothing beyond what BitTorrent requires while you seed, which you can stop at any time.

The catalogues

Lookups against our catalogue are metered per account and per day. Lookups on TMDB and Open Library use your own key and their terms apply to them.

No warranty

The app is provided as it is. We work hard on it, but we cannot promise it is free of mistakes, and we are not liable for what happens to your files beyond the price you paid. Every move it makes is previewed first and journaled so it can be undone.

Changes

If these terms change, the app and these pages say so. Continued use is acceptance. Disputes go to the courts of the European Union.
